What it will not do

Questions

Will it create duplicates?
No. One card per email address; a sender already on your board is reused, not copied.
What about newsletters and no-reply senders?
Promotions and social mail are left out at the source, and automated senders are skipped.
Can I enrich the contacts afterwards?
Yes. Hand any contact card to the agent and it researches the person: see “Research every new contact”.
